We love it, but the only thing is the pan on the bottom of the cage a little to small for the cage.

Overall the cage is great, it meets my needs and is the perfect size for my sugar gliders. However the assembly was rather difficult and I recommend having someone assist you. I managed to put it together myself but it was quite frustrating and also a couple of the screw holes were crooked, but they didnt hurt the efficiency of the cage. I was pleased that they gave you the two tools you needed and liked the overall framework. The wheels are cheep but they get the job done, as was the plastic tray and food cups, one of which was broken, but the other 7 will do just fine. The shelf on the bottom is very convenient and is great for storage.
So far I really like the cage, and my gliders really like all of the space. I would diffidently recommend it to anyone with gliders or birds that would like the flight room. The framework and cage itself seem pretty sturdy and I'm confident it will last a good number of years.

I like the cage itself - has great features. But it arrived with the frames & bars bent, the tray was warped and cracked, and the worst part is the tray is too small for the bottom - there is a 2" gap all around the bottom so everything falls through. I contacted Bird.com and they refused to replace the tray for me. Other than this the cage is great for my 10 parakeets.

Wonderful cage. I had a problem with the grass and seeds falling out so I took a sheet of newspaper and taped the 5" side up around the sides. Keeps Millet seeds and grass from falling on the floow.
Lots of feeding and water bowls. Great space for birds to fly.

This is an awesome price for this type of cage. The only thing negative is the plastic pan is about an inch smaller all the way around than the bottom of the cage so when my munk pee's in the corners it doesn't make it into the pan. I am having a metal one made for it. I am still very happy with this cage for the price and the layout is good too. Two Large doors and many other small ones. I did originally recieve a damaged cage but bird.com was great about getting me a replacement ASAP.
