Excellent Training Treat, 11/18/2011

P Brooks from Dunlap, TN

My German Shepherd loves these treats! They are small enough to carry in my pocket; and do not crumble or make a mess. I usually carry several different treats; but when she smells the liver treats, you can forget about trying to give her one of the other ones. :-)

Can Cause Choking , 2/13/2009

Roy Lambert from Middle Brook, MO.

We Liked The Treats & Gave A Pack With Each Yorkie Pup We Sold, But We Had To Write On The Pack To CUT INTO TINY PIECES..The Pups Can Choke On This Size, Should Be Ok For Medium Sized Dogs & They Love The Taste.. Scissors Cut Them Easy.

Best Liver Treat on the Market, 12/21/2008

Jeffrey from L.A., CA

Excellent for training -- high value reward for agility and obedience work. For anyone who's serious about training, portion control of treats is important. These treats are whole chunks of liver, not processed. With a strong knife and cutting board, you can cut the chunks into smaller sizes that can be used in your bait bag for agility, obedience, etc. No crumbling or powdery waste or mess. Your dog will not care about the portion size -- only the aroma and flavor. That means that at the end of an hour session, your pet will not be overfed, and your treat supply will last longer.

must be tasty, 2/20/2008

lori from Pekin IL

I work in an apt complex for seniors and the dogs pull their owners into my office so they can have one of these liver treats. Even the pickiest dogs that won't eat any other treat will eat these. They are pricey but worth it.

Super motivational tool., 9/23/2007

Pamela Cooney from Stanley Va.

My dogs love these treats. I have even used them as bait in the show ring with great success.I have 4 show dogs Standard Schnauzers & when training at home I need to crate 3 to work with one dog or it turns into a feeding frenzy & then nothing gets taught!

My Australian Shepherd works extremely hard learning and performing on her agility obstacle course I utilize here at home. Her reward is the Pro-Treat Beef Liver Treats. Ive tried other treats, but none entices her more than this product. She is awesome!

Ideal motivation, 6/21/2007

David from Chicago, IL

These little bits of freeze dried liver are the strongest motivator I have for my bulldog. When he starts to lose interest in the treats Im using, I always add a few pieces of liver into the mix. He goes CRAZY over them.Buy the largest size you can get, youll use all of it.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these treats, 5/21/2007

Baxter from Thornton, CO

My name is Baxter and Im a poodlecocker spaniel mix and these treats are the best! My mommy gives them to me when we go to the vet and they calm me right down because I love them so much. She also cuts them into smaller pieces to give to me when shes training me to sit, lie down, stay, beg and all that other stuff. That way I dont get full on treats since Im a smaller dog. They also make my coat bright and shiny too! These are my favorite treats and I go bananas every time I see my mommy get the white can out of the cupboard.

freeze dried liver, 3/30/2007

Candace from Peterson

I have been trusting gimborn for over 5 years. They are one of the few treats that I feel a small dog can enjoy a couple of pieces a day without wasting calories. The protein makes them vauable to their diet! And they digest well, without side effects.

They ate them ALL, 9/7/2006

Courtney from Sanford

We have 5 boxers (we are breeders) and they got into the treat stash and didn't touch anything else besides these liver treats. They ain't about 11 oz. of them!! That happened about a week ago and they are still carrying around the empty container wanting more. These treats are EXCELLENT (Although I wish they wouldn't have eaten them all at once!) Highly recommend these treats for finicky eaters.

Excellent Training Treat, 6/20/2006

Reme from San Diego, CA

I use this treat for my pup after he goes potty outside. It took him some getting used to..I don't think he'd ever had liver before 8 weeks. But now HE LOVES them!! I do break them up when they are the bigger chunks. And they are usually easy to do. For a lab this wouldn't be necessary but I have a dog that's just a few pounds right now. He's more wild about dehydrated chicken but he gets TOOOOO excited over that treat and it actually is a bad thing. This is by far the best treat for training as he pays attention to me and listens. I'll save the chicken for the kong.
