Versatile and huge, 1/5/2012

I like the looks and I like that is holds a lot of seed. It's got 2 compartments, so I can give the birds a bit of variety. The birds found it almost immediately and called all of their friends. I'm pretty confident they like it. I would like it if top was wider for cover in the rain. As it is the top is the same width as the tray, so it really does very little to keep the tray dry. It does keep the seed in the column dry as long as the rain is coming down vertically. If there's any wind blowing the rain sideways you can expect wet bird seed. Bottom line - good feeder for when it's dry. I plan to put this feeder out only in the summer, when it's clear and dry, and store it during the rainy seasons.
